I Have used Pilot Electric's services for years and always found the service, productivity and quality of work excellent. I recently used them again. I bought a small house a few years ago but it did not have any air con. Recently good friends renovated their home and kindly gave me the old split duct AC units they pulled out to upgrade for free. Finally I could have air con. I called Pilot electric to do the wiring. The electrician on the job made a small mistake when installing the electrical service for my split duct AC. This unfortunately resulted in the motherboard getting fried. The company immediately accepted responsibility and sent their own AC guy over to see if they could fix it with replaced parts. This did not work out and so they purchased an entire new unit and installed it at no cost to me. I am very impressed with the level of responsibility, professionalism and integrity of Robin and his company
