I contacted Bright West Electric for an issue regarding a heater that was always on and a thermostat issue in the bedroom. They said they were available to fix on the same day. We made an appointment and Alam showed up exactly on time. He was professional and courteous. Alam knows his stuff and had the problems resolved. Bend Over ... Billed three hours for less than an hour of work at $95 an hour. When I asked, it was because they had to drive to Edmonton for the part. Sorry... I paid for a joy ride to Edmonton for a part??? Why did it still take two weeks to complete the job?? Wow...Try and get a quote out of them... not likely. By the way they did the same job six months prior and said no warranty. Not much I can do at this point, but warn future customers. I won't be using these guys again EVER!!!

J'ai eu un thermostat a changé le samedi pis il ma charger temp double pour le travail (ok peu comprendre) mais temp double pour le transport je ne comprend tjrs pas. Donc pour 45 minute ( 305 $$) thermostat NON INCLUS.

They were quick to find the source of the problem. Turned out to be a Sask Power issue. Guided me on what to say to them. Sask Power showed up less than 30 min, after I called them, and fixed the problem.

Amazing service! I felt like I was taken care of by a member of my own family.Called the after-hours number and explained that my Mom was experiencing a problem with the lights in the bedrooms. I was remote and couldn't do anything and was looking for any help they could provide.They were onsite quickly, took care of the problem, were very helpful and pleasant with my Mom.This was my first time using their service but I know who I'll be calling for all my future electrical contracting needs.THANK YOU!

RB Electric did the installation of our Generac generator. They thoroughly explained each step of the process and ongoing requirements for the generator. We would highly recommend them.

May long weekend is a rush for sure and the first one of the season, I would expect there to be a few bumps getting everything back on their wheels for the new year... but... We were told to show up to pick up the trailer at 11:00, and i was told a half an hour wait, i left at 12:12. The cleaning lady was extremely rude as she said she had been worked till 2:00am the night before. She got much nicer as we came in and paid. She apologized for her rudeness but still no apology was made on the wait time or any offer to make up for my lost time. The rudeness was her fault, but the lack of organization and her frustration I believe is the companies fault and they must not have given her any room to make it up to us on this point. I had a camping companion who also rented a trailer here and picked his trailer up at 9:00, he also said he waited about an hour as well.To make my experience a one star, when the family we camped with had to dump our tanks we went to do it together, last year their sewer hose that was provided had a hole in it. This year we asked for a double check on the sewer hose as we didn't want to have a spill like last year. They assured us it was checked. This year my husband jumped under the trailer to hook up the hose to dump the waste tanks and did not check the hose as we were assured it was double checked" (we will never trust someone else in this department again) needless to say he got the foul end of the deal as there was a hole.I will be returning the trailer this morning and will update on the kind of service i receive dealing with the sewer hose."

James sounds trustworthy and friendly on the phone, but don't let that fool you. We had an appointment on Monday and I took half a day off work to go over the scope. He never showed up, just dissappeared into thin air - never to hear from him again after multiple attempts to get a hold of him. Imagine he did the work and something went wrong or needed correction? Now I know he can just dissappear on you.I would never trust this company to do any work if this is how they treat their customers.
